YouTube Upload Automation ("the Application") is a private tool that allows users to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels that they own or manage using the YouTube Data API.
Use of the Application
The Application may only be used by users who have authorized access to the relevant Google and YouTube accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and manage any content through the Application.
Google and YouTube Services
The Application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. By using the Application, users also agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.
User Content
Users retain ownership of the videos and other content they upload through the Application. The Application does not claim ownership of user content.
Account Access
The Application accesses Google and YouTube account information only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth. Users may revoke the Application's access through their Google Account settings.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Application for unlawful activities, copyright infringement, spam, abuse, or any activity that violates YouTube or Google policies.
Availability
The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes to Google services, the YouTube Data API, network conditions, or other technical factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from misuse of the Application, unauthorized use of an account, or interruptions or changes to third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
